The Project Coordinator, with support from the Co-PIs, will develop a Guide for an Effective STEP for national distribution to be utilized by other programs.

The Guide will include evaluation results that will be used to benchmark the outcomes and effectiveness of the SPSD core components and activities as well as the overall program.

The Guide will provide information pertaining to each core component of the SPSD program. By reviewing the benchmarks for each core piece along with overall results, other institutions will be able to review the pipeline partnership model based on industry standards and implement either the entire model or individual core pieces that best match their needs.
