Introduction

The San Diego Mesa Alliance (SDMA) relies on the support of industry partners on the MESA Industry Advisory Board (IAB) to provide industry exposure and professional development opportunities for MESA students.

Examples of industry support include training academies, scholarships, job shadows, internships, mentors, company tours, workshops, event volunteers, speakers, donations of prizes for competitions, the use of facilities, and guidance to MESA Directors on program development.

Industry partners contribute to the development of a diverse pipeline of future engineers and scientists. Learn more about becoming an IAB member and help the SDMA to develop tomorrow’s leaders.

Interested companies are invited to join the IAB by contacting the current Chairperson, Edgar Camerino from Rick Engineering Company @ ecamerino@rickengineering.com or 619-291-0707.

Meetings are generally held from 1:30 – 3:30 PM on the second Wednesday of alternating months held at the company of the IAB chair.
