About DeWayne
DeWayne Allen is the Affordability Lead and Raytheon Six Sigma Lead of Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) business located in McKinney, Texas. He is a direct report to the Vice President of Operations, Facilities, and Raytheon Six Sigma. DeWayne is responsible for architecting and executing a business wide Affordability program that will enable NCS’s business goals.
Allen is recognized as a subject matter expert in the Affordability, Cost-As-An Independent Variable and Design-to-Cost engineering processes. In addition to his leadership with the National Society of Black Engineers, he is actively involved in several organizations such as International Consortium of System Engineers (INCOSE); International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA); and Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE).
Allen holds a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix-Southern Arizona.
