MESA Scholarship Opportunities: For International Students

Latino College Dollars has an on-line site and a PDF directory and both indicate whether documentation is required or not. http://www.latinocollegedollars.org/

MALDEF has another PDF listing of scholarships that don’t require citizenship/permanent residency: http://www.latinocollegedollars.org/

The www.e4fc.org Educators for a Fair Consideration has a scholarship currently open. It’s open to all immigrant students (regardless of immigration status). Started by K-12 educators who want to support undocumented students.

Also, HENAAC says that 65% of their scholarships require citizenship or permanent residency so they ask for that info but it’s not required. www.henaac.org

Individual Development Accounts is a savings program that’s offered in some areas and is open to undocumented students (they need to have or get an ITEN number, but the organization helps them with that if they don’t have one).
