A position for an application engineer to support “Power Quality”problems in Mexico, Central America, South America and Carribbean.

– We provide support to Back-up systems for the most critical buildings in Latin America like banks, telecom, satelite, Television companies …
– Power Quality consists of UPS (uninterruptible power systems), power conditioners, voltage regulators, lightning protection, transformers …

Brief description of position:

– Solve technical problems over the phone with our technicians and engineers in Latin America.
– Train Latin American engineers on solving technical problems on our equipment.
– Support the sales department on any technical questions related to the product and its functionality.
– Light travel (once this person is trained)

Engineer with the following basic qualifications:

– Spanish Speaking (Very Fluent)
– Good personality (especially on the phone)
– Able to trouble shoot power equipment problems
