USC Study: College to Occupation Pathway

Araceli Espinoza, PhD student in higher education at the University of Southern California is doing a research study about the “college to occupation pathway”—the space from graduation to industry employment—of racial ethnic minority individuals who have earned a bachelor’s of science in engineering.

Araceli is interested in interviewing individuals, who are recent college graduates— one year out of college as of 2009; who possess a bachelor’s of science in engineering; who identify as African American, American Indian, or Latino; who are employed in the engineering industry sector; and are 18 or older.
