Engineering and Science Career Network (ESCN)

The Engineering and Science Career Network (ESCN) is an alliance of 39 niche association job boards built exclusively for professionals working within engineering and science industries. Some of the associations participating in this combined mega job board for the engineering industry include the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Water Resources Association (AWRA), and many others.

For job seekers and employers alike, the ESCN provides an effective online recruitment method to access the best quality jobs and candidates – in one place, on a single network. Job seekers — whether they are graduating seniors, or engineering students searching for internships — can post their resumes on this industry job board free, and the resumes are then available to the thousands of employers with engineering positions to fill.

ACEC is the association that represents private sector engineering employers — firms that range in size from small, one-location civil engineering firms to mega-firms such as AECOM, Jacobs Engineering, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and many others — more than 5,100 firms including 80% of the ENR 500 large firms! Students can contact these firms directly using ACEC’s online membership directory to secure contact information for firms that meet the students’ search criteria — by geographic location, size, discipline, etc.
