Dr. Waters is an alum from SDSU. After he earned his B.S. in Environmental Health, he earned a Ph.D. in Immunology at the University of Virginia. Following his doctoral training, he completed a post doctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Dr. Waters is now Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia in developmental neurobiology.
His research lab investigates Gbx Transcription in Neural Development
