This class will present best management practices and tips for efficient building operation and maintenance.

Part 2
Human and environmental factors
for the ideal workplace

This class will look at the physical workplace setting; environmental factors that can contribute to and detract from health, safety and productivity, and management techniques to optimize space in the built environment.

Part 3
Optimizing building systems and technology

This class will look at typical building systems, their basis of design and functional purposes, and best practices for optimizing efficiency throughout their life cycles.

Part 4
Project management for facility managers

This class will look at differences between facility and project management, typical projects facility managers are involved with, how projects bring about change, planning and managing projects, and project ideas.
