See for yourself how an average house in a typical neighborhood can be transformed into an energy-efficient home. Some of the upgrades Include: Air sealing in attic Building leakage sealing Attic, wall and roof insulation Sealed, insulated ducts Solar water heater Solar photovoltaic system Chula Vista homeowners will have the opportunity to meet with Community Savings Initiative Preferred Contractors and sign-up for an energy assessment of their home.
