Day-of volunteers* are an integral part of the successful production of this event. Below is a listing of the type of volunteers needed as well as times and responsibilities.

Serve as welcoming host. Direct attendees to check-in, main event room and breakout session rooms, help put up and take down signage. |
| Breakout Session Monitors (7)
7 for Morning / 7 Afternoon

AM = 11:00-12:30pm
PM = 1:15-2:45pm |
Attend 1 of the 7 concurrent breakout sessions and use the Session Notetaker Form to track happenings such as: Date, Time Start, Number Attendees, Major Themes, etc… |
