Clean Goods Movement in the San Diego Region Tuesday, June 11

Emissions from diesel trucks transporting goods in the San Diego region contribute significantly to local and statewide air pollution. Join us to learn about efforts to reduce this impact through the Goods Movement Emissions Reduction Program (GMERP) that offers incentives to owners of class 6-8 trucks to upgrade to the cleanest equipment possible.

You will have the opportunity to hear representatives from regional businesses and organizations explain how they are already making the change to cleaner goods movement. After lunch, experts from San Diego County Air Pollution Control District will be on hand to help guide you through the GMERP application process.

10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Panel Discussion
12:00 noon -12:30 p.m; Lunch provided
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: GMERP Application Workshop

This event is made possible by APCD, Port of San Diego, Clean Energy Fuels, and the San Diego Regional Clean Cities Coalition.
