The UMass Amherst Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) Program in Nanoscale Device Development

If you’re interested in nanotechnology, why not get a head start on an exciting career by applying today for the ten-week summer undergraduate research program in Nanoscale Device Development at UMass Amherst? You can work on research projects with faculty mentors and graduate student labmates, as you build your own scientific foundation for the future.

That’s right–“GET YOURSELF INTO A SUMMER UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH EXPERIENCE PROGRAM!” And with a $3,400 stipend, free lodging and a travel allowance, you simply can’t afford not to take advantage of this opportunity.

The 2009 SURE Program runs from June 1 to August 7. Women and persons from underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply. Eligibility limited to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The 2009 application deadline is March 1.
