Unfortunately, on a yearly basis, there are a number of companies and organizations that have donated moneys for scholarship use to Under Represented student applicants; however, a great deal of the money is being returned because of a lack of applicant interest. In summary, students are not applying for many scholarship opportunities, and therefore, available college funds are either underutilized or not used at all.
