SDG&E® is working in collaboration with Balboa Park Cultural Partnership to present the Balboa Park Walk-about Tour where you’ll learn about energy efficiency in Balboa Park. This tour is comprised of four Balboa Park institutions: Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego History Center, and The Old Globe Theatre to learn their sustainability stories. Sustainability connections will be made to museum procedures, exhibit and collection preservation, visitor experience and professional development.

Speakers
Rory Ruppert, Director of Environmental Sustainability, holds an MA in Non-profit Management and Leadership from University of San Diego. She has more than 25 years of experience in non-profit and civic organization management. Rory advances the Partnership’s strategic planning initiatives related to Balboa Park’s environmental and economic sustainability. Rory also works closely with the Partnership members, the City of San Diego, San Diego Gas & Electric®, and other Park stakeholders on these initiatives.
