The Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair

Description

The Science Fair provides opportunities for achievement in science and technology for all 7th -12th grade students from San Diego and Imperial Counties. We strive to encourage and reward professional excellence by promoting literacy and educational enrichment in the sciences benefiting students, teachers and schools.

The community service opportunity consists of general duties as well as specific duties, assisting management with set-up and tear-down of the science fair. Some computer assistance may be needed on registration day, managing the gift-shop, assisting with registration, monitoring students, assisting with the awards ceremony/passing out programs and professional awards and a variety of other duties.
