V&A recognizes that the firm must retain the services of highly-qualified engineers and staff in order to realize its goals. V&A has, therefore, developed an employee retention strategy that provides for the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each employee.
V&A will hire engineers in the required positions on an as-needed basis; however, if an extraordinary and well-regarded engineer is interested in joining V&A, that engineer may be hired even if the position is already filled. V&A has found that certain high-quality team members are too valuable to pass up.
