This is an open forum for discussing the draft San Diego Regional Plug-in Electric Vehicle (PEV) Readiness Plan, a comprehensive document describing and addressing barriers to local deployment of PEVs and charging infrastructure. The plan was prepared by the San Diego Regional Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (REVI) Working Group.
