High Schoolers Shadow SDSU MESA Students

IMG_1113On November 3, 2015, high school Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Achievement (MESA) students from various high schools -Lincoln, Holtville, and Imperial -to name a few, were able to “shadow” San Diego State University (SDSU) students based on similar major and interests.

“Shadowing” a student consisted of showing them around the SDSU campus and attending both classes and labs together. Basically, this experience represented a typical college day for the high school students, and for some, this was their first time on an actual college campus.

The MESA program would like to extend their gratitude to all of the SDSU MESA students who volunteered to be shadowed.
