Dr. Raga Bakhiet has retired from his full-time activities at Southwestern College, which includes her position as Director of the MESA program at Southwestern College, as of December 18, 2015.

The San Diego MESA Alliance commended Dr. Raga Bakhiet for her leadership as Director of the MESA program at Southwestern College and thanked her for her support and advocacy in furthering STEM in the underserved communities.
