Many engineers and scientists don’t realize that the skills they’ve acquired in their studies also prepares them for opportunities as consultants and I want to do all I can to encourage them to pursue these opportunities with IBM.
This year, our consulting team will be working with IBM Project View to identify candidates early. This is important because the SHPE National conference will come well after the consulting team has completed their interviews for the fall.
