What’s Mitochondria Got to Do With It?

In conjunction with the San Diego Science Festival, the Mesa College Biology Department proudly presents Dr. Terry Frey, Chair of the SDSU Biology Dept. who will be speaking on Friday, 13 March at 4 PM in G-101.

His presentation is entitled, “What’s Mitochondria Got to Do With It?” The seminar will focus on the role of this important organelle in health and disease.

Cash For College Financial Aid Assistance at CSU San Marcos

CSU San Marcos will host a Cash for College Workshop on Saturday, February 28, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This FREE event provides students and their families an opportunity for hands-on assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the March 2nd priority date.
