Representatives from Infrastructure Engineering Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and San Diego Gas & Electric/Sempra Energy also hosted appointments for one-on-one mock interviews (at 30 minutes), and resume critiques/cover letter critiques (at 30 minutes).

Participants get to contribute to ongoing research projects, while acquiring essential skills that can make them high qualified attractive candidates for future research careers in academia, national labs and industry. Students participating in the NSF-SDSU STEM Scholars Program also will get career development counselling, assistance in developing a portfolio to apply to graduate programs, help in locating and applying for national scholarships and internships in government labs.
