For example, in 2011 we trained 400 leaders in the art of managing inclusion. Our leaders are focused on creating inclusive environments where all are welcomed, individual points of view are heard and contributions valued.

We also sponsor partnerships and encourage our people to get involved with organizations like National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Women in Technology International and GettingHired.
